Chez Fred is a renowned restaurant in Carcassonne. With a courtyard and shady terrace, it is ideally located opposite Chénier garden and just a stone's throw from the train station and Canal du Midi port.
Pierre and Siham, who took over the restaurant in spring 2018, are passionate about gastronomy and enjoy sharing their love for good taste and warm, friendly hospitality.
Their dishes are made using exclusively local, fresh and seasonal produce.
