Can I cancel or modify a reservation?

All our tickets are non-modifiable and non-exchangeable. Please refer to our general terms and conditions.

Are dogs allowed on all tours?

Dogs are permitted on all tours offered by the Tourist Office, provided they do not disrupt the smooth running of the tour. However, we recommend the “Doggy Tour”, a special tour for dog owners.

What is the best time to visit Carcassonne?

Spring and autumn offer pleasant weather and fewer crowds. Nighttime tours (summer) are magical but in high demand.
