Originally from Carcassonne, DJ Akim draws inspiration from great names such as Kerri Chandler, Marshall Jefferson and Frankie Knuckles!

Passionate about the Detroit and Chicago movements, he decided to embark on his DJing journey by creating his own musical universe: a blend of Deep, House, Nu Disco and Minimal sounds. He is part of REVERSE, the renowned party held in Barcelona, and is now the founder and resident DJ of the “Cat’Art” collective, a benchmark for cultural events combining contemporary art and electronic music in his hometown.
