A "pocket" restaurant in the heart of downtown Carcassonne, the Shrub's can accommodate 6 people.
The kitchen is open to the small dining room, facilitating communication between Virginie Mignard, behind the stoves, and her "guests".
Virginie favors short circuits, fresh products and successfully combines French and Japanese cuisine: from bento to burger and noodles. The restaurant can be transformed into a tea room where you can have a snack or have breakfast.
Go through the door of Shrub's between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. to eat there according to your sweet or savory mood.
Reservation strongly recommended.
