From Carcassonne head for Narbonne, leave Narbonne and head for Fontfroide on the D613 for the abbey. Leave Fontfroide and head towards Ribaute. Take the direction of Saint-Laurent-de-la-Cabrerisse, Lagrasse by the D613. You cross the Corbières massif. Leave Ribaute and return to Lagrasse on the D212 and continue to Carcassonne
