The L'AUTHENTIQUE restaurant is located in the heart of Carcassonne city center, near the Medieval City.
Our burgers are made with fresh ingredients, homemade sauces, and only fresh French meat, served with homemade fries. Our menu also offers a variety of salads, grilled dishes, and tapas, with a homemade dessert available every day.
We prioritize local and French products. We are proud and honored to have received the "Manger Local" label, awarded to us by the Carcassonne Tourism Office.
