Isolated on a shrubland plateau, Domaine Haut Fontanille produces structured wines with fruity aromas using a traditional wine-making methods from old vines and controlled yields.

This knowledge has been passed from generation to generation since 1831 at Laure Minervois.

Winemaker Joan Fournil offers a glimpse of the vineyard and its land on canvas.

Those wishing to see more can make an appointment at the estate.
