L'Esprit Tellurique offers yoga, nature and heritage walks led by Aude Labadie, a tour guide and yoga teacher.
The walks involve a short walk and very simple practices (posture, breathing, meditation, relaxation), accessible to everyone, even if you have never done yoga before. During a walk in the heart of nature, you can combine well-being with an unusual visit to a less well-known part of our heritage.
At Laure-Minervois, in the midst of an unspoilt landscape of scrubland and pine forests, you can discover the ?sentier des capitelles? (path with dry stone shelters) and the memories of rural life in the Languedoc. At the foot of the hilltop town of Carcassonne, you can explore a peaceful island in the Aude which was once the centre of the town's textile industry and is now a haven for woodland wildlife.
Much more than a simple guided tour or open-air yoga class, this is an intimate experience in which the land of the Aude, its nature and its memories are the main focus.
