From Carcassonne take the RN D610 towards Narbonne, at the entrance to Trèbes, turn right towards Lagrasse via Fontiès d'Aude.
After Lagrasse by the D212, reach the castle of Termes with a double enclosure and its ruins are classified as a historical monument. Take the direction of Villerouge-Termenès.
Leave Villerouge-Termenès and go to Arques via Mouthoumet and the Col du Paradis.
Continue towards Carcassonne via Saint Polycarpe and Saint Hilaire.
