From Carcassonne take the direction of Mirepoix via Bram and Fanjeaux on the D33. Go through Bram, continue towards Fanjeaux. Then enter Mirepoix. Continue towards Lavelanet on the D625, then follow the D109 for a few kilometres, then take the D9 to Montségur. Take the D9 to Belesta and follow the D117 towards Puivert. Continue towards Chalabre on the D16 via Villefort. Continue towards Carcassonne via Limoux on the D620.
