NUBU

Presentation

NUBU is a quintet with an unconventional line-up (serpent, vocals, brass, percussion and double bass), blending Anglo-Saxon folk with jazz.

Their music alternates between powerfully energising moments and more narrative, intimate songs, all infused with a touch of humour and tongue-in-cheek wit!

Winners of Jazz Migration #10, they have released their debut album, *Sisters*, and enjoyed a busy 2024–2025 concert season, performing at festivals and venues including Jazz sous les Pommiers, Jazz in Marciac, Crest Jazz, Jazzdor Strasbourg, Souillac en Jazz and Studio de l’Ermitage.
