KRISTOF NEGRIT
Concert
Presentation
Guadeloupean drummer and percussionist based in Paris, Kristof Negrit experiences music as a second breath. Immersed from childhood in the rhythms of gwo ka and konpa, he has made his drums his confidante.
His new album, *États d’âme*, unfolds like a musical diary, with each track expressing a powerful emotion: nostalgia, inspiration, happiness…
Rooted in Caribbean jazz, the album moves fluidly between jazz and zouk, with detours into afrobeat and gwo ka. Kristof invites us to join him on this musical journey.
