5TH EDITION OF THE STARS AND WINGS AIRSHOW

Following the great success of the four previous editions (over 40,000 spectators in 2022 at Toulouse Francazal airport), the Toulouse-based association Des Étoiles et Des Ailes, chaired by Catherine Gay, is organising the 5th edition of the Airshow at Carcassonne Sud de France airport on 21 and 22 September 2024 in partnership with the Occitanie region, the city of Carcassonne and Carcassonne agglo.

As always, this not-to-be-missed event for aviation enthusiasts will showcase the history of aviation. The thousands of visitors expected to attend will be able to admire a large number of legendary aircraft from the past and present, both civilian and military, and watch an air show for the first time at Carcassonne airport. The airshow will also host a forum on careers in aeronautics and integration. The strong upturn in activity in this sector has led us to organise this useful event for the industry.

This 5th edition will be commented on by Frédéric Beniada, author and journalist specialising in aeronautics and defence.
