OH MY PIZZA

"Oh my Pizza", is the perfect marriage between greed and quality.

When two street food and gastronomy enthusiasts meet, it’s the ideal mix: Abigaël and Florian have been working together for several years in the restaurant, from the French brasserie to the semi-gastronomic restaurant.
At 22 years old, they decide to embark together on the adventure "Oh my Pizza" to mix their ideas and know-how!

The topping of each pizza is carefully selected from seasonal, fresh and local produce:
- Flour: "Moulin du Vivier", Aude,
- Dough kneaded and spread by hand (fermentation 24 h),
- Sauces are homemade,
- Cheeses and cold cuts: "La Ferme", Carcassonne.
