On the banks of the Aude river just a stone’s throw from the Bastide Saint-Louis, 15 minutes from the Carassonne’s Citadel and the Canal du Midi, the Païchérou enjoys a preserved natural setting amongst mature trees. At the Païchérou, the surroundings and the food change with the seasons, indoors and outdoors: - In low season the "Comptoir du Païch" with its traditional menu and dishes made from locally-sourced produce. Discover the homemade hamburger menu on Saturdays from 12.30 on - In the summer, try the popular grilled dishes on the wood-fuelled BBQ outside on the terrace surrounded by mature trees.
