After spending 20 years in the South East and having run 2 restaurants, Jean-Luc and Marie, being natives of Tarbes, wanted to get closer to their roots... they took over the mythical establishment "Le Guargantua" in early 2019 under the name of “La Table de Marie” at 51 rue du Pont Vieux.
Their cuisine, which comes in a bistro format, is made from fresh, seasonal produce from the market.
