The Domaine de Roquenegade is located in the heart of the Aude department on the slopes of the Alaric between Carcassonne and Lagrasse. This vineyard enjoys an exceptional climate. The Cers wind blows strongly through the area, giving character and freshness to our wines. The clay-limestone terroir ensures that these vintages are both delicate and fruity, with good ageing potential.
These organic wines, in the Corbières/Languedoc appellation, are the result of excellent farming practices, which include hand pruning and harvesting, permanent grass cover around the vines, agroforestry and sheep grazing. The idea is to always work with respect for the plants, the soil and the environment.
Alexis Gaudin and Émilie Gal, the owner-managers, produce quality organic red, white, rosé and vermeil wines in this corner of paradise that will delight your palate and awaken your senses. Come and meet them in this area steeped in history, where nature has regained its full strength.
