Welcome to Chateau Borie Neuve, a charming family winery situated in the Minervois countryside, just a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi and the city of Carcassonne.
The estate covers 150 hectares, including 50 hectares of various grape varieties under to PDO Minervois and Vin de Pays.
Bruno Correia invites you to discover his fruity wines, deriving their flavours from the region and decorated on many occasions.
Chateau Borie Neuve focuses on the passion for wine and wine tourism: holiday cottages and guest rooms, meetings and seminars, exploring the vineyards, wine workshops, introduction to wine tasting and open to groups, for you to share in the winemaker's way of life.
