Located on the heights of Carcassonne in the hamlet of Montlegun halfway between the City of Carcassonne and the Lac de la Cavayère, the Villa Prélude offers an unforgettable stopover where rest, relaxation and discovery of the city mingle. From the cottage you can take a 4km hiking trail where several essential steps are available to you: the Arboretum with a panoramic view from above of the City and the whole city to then descend to the ramparts of the City and then you can discover the historic center of the Bastide through the banks of the Aude. Lac de la Cavayère is 5 minutes away where you can enjoy an idyllic setting with several activities and entertainment. The Villa Prélude has a park with the owners' common swimming pool (10x5x1.40) where you can cool off and rest on a deckchair. The wellness area with a SPA and a sauna is accessible for an additional €10
