The gardens at the foot of the ramparts of Carcassonne’s legendary Citadel is the site chosen by the chef Franck Putelat for his gourmet restaurant, and now also the Hotel Le Parc, which opened in 2013.
This hotel has 7 rooms, whose simple but elegant décor is in keeping with the style of the establishment.
Driftwood adds a warm touch to the slate, and the comfort and harmony all around is designed to prolong the feeling of contentment cooked up by chef Franck Putelat. In the suites and the 4-star rooms, the flowing lines are enhanced by large picture windows that soften the transition between the interior and the outside terrace, where some rooms have a hot tub.
