Two musicians, yet sometimes six or seven instruments on stage: flute, piccolo, alto flute, marimba, vibraphone and percussion. The programmes presented by this unusual ensemble offer a mosaic of subtle, finely crafted timbres and colours. Whether transcriptions or original compositions, the pieces in their repertoire reveal many different facets, allowing a broad audience to discover classical and contemporary works, some influenced by traditional music from all over the world. A wonderful musical journey awaits, brought to life by two artists whose infectious energy is sure to captivate. **Duration:** 1 hour 15 minutes **Performers:** Sandrine TILLY, flute – Jean-Sébastien BORSARELLO, percussion **Programme:** - Astor PIAZZOLLA (1921–1992) — *Histoire du Tango*: excerpt - Heitor VILLA-LOBOS (1887–1959) — *Assobio a Jato* - Paul DESENTE (1959– ) — *Surfay* - Maurice RAVEL (1875–1937) — *Ma mère l’Oye*: suite - Patrick BURGAN (1960– ) — *Contes à rebours* - Georg Philipp TELEMANN (1681–1767) — *Fantaisies for solo flute with improvised finger percussion* - François BORNE (1840–1920) — *Fantaisie brillante on themes from Georges Bizet’s Carmen* - GARETH FARR (1968– ) — *Kembang Suling*"}
