</html><description>Across 17 hectares, Thierry and Auberte Conri&#xE9; grow the Pays Cathare brand cherry, from 15 May to the 14 July. This is followed by the Citou Pays Cathare sweet onion at the beginning of August. Apples arrive in autumn with the Royal Gala, Golden, Chanteclerc and the main variety within the establishment, the Pays Cathare brand Reinette du Canada. Nuts and chestnuts arrive in October. Truffles arrive at the end of the year during the holidays.</description></oembed>
