Weekly market on Monday evenings from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm. We sell our vegetables, vegetable preparations and juices there, and some of our fellow producers also sell their produce: eggs, farmhouse bread, wine, cheeses, flour, beer and delicatessen products, all as organic as possible. There is also a machine accessible by bank card, open 7 days a week and 12 hours a day. From September to March (during the apple season), we offer apples and fruit juices, compotes and plant-based pâtés. Les Ares Verts can also be found at the small farmers' market on the outskirts of Trèbes (towards Carcassonne), on Tuesdays from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
