The Lauran Cabaret wine cellar is an importante entity in Minervois. Representing 15 % of the total production of the wine Appellation, we offer a diversified wine range. Youndg and fruity wine, wine kept in wooden barrels, full-flavoured and aging wines... Different vinification methods are used (traditional, carbonic maceration, cold vinification) are used.
